Depending on the features used, the app handles parent account/login details, child profile details, learning progress, scores, answers and viewing activity. Optional profile images and support messages may contain personal information. Hosting may process connection and security logs. Final fields, purposes, permissions and processing arrangements must match the deployed release.

Parents create profiles and manage the protected Parent Dashboard. Information supports account access, learning features, security and support. Team Azile states that the launch app will not use third-party advertising, tracking or analytics, or external profiling.

A profile setup or Parent Gate does not by itself establish verifiable parental consent. Before covered collection, use or disclosure, the release must implement any direct notice and verifiable consent required by COPPA or other applicable law. The method and consent records are not yet confirmed.

No advertising or analytics does not mean no service providers. Development code uses MongoDB technology, Amazon S3 storage, a jsDelivr page-turn library and, on Android, Google’s PDF viewer. Uploaded HTML games may request external resources. These connections must be confirmed or removed and actual providers, data, purposes and international transfers disclosed before launch.

The app includes progress and leaderboard features. Pseudonymous IDs, scores and completion times can still be personal information. Public visibility, optional participation and necessary consent must be verified. Limited disclosure may also be required by law or to protect the service.

Parents may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of applicable consent by emailing support@azile.app, preferably from the parent account address. State whether the request concerns a child profile or the whole account. Reasonable ownership verification may be needed; never send a password. Other applicable rights may include restriction, objection or portability.

Exact retention and deletion periods for accounts, activity, security logs, support messages and backups remain unconfirmed. Deletion must cover linked records and associated personal uploads, caches and backups, subject to explained lawful retention. An email request is not automatic deletion confirmation. Removing necessary data can prevent an account-based feature from continuing.

For unresolved concerns, parents can contact their local regulator or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Account authentication, access restrictions, upload handling and device permissions need verification in the released app. No system can guarantee complete security. Report suspected child-data or security issues to support@azile.app without attaching sensitive documents.

This HTML block has no scripts, analytics, embedded tracking, external fonts or image data. WordPress, hosting and plugins may independently use logs or cookies and need their own review. The support form opens your email app; nothing is sent automatically. Email providers and WhatsApp apply their own practices when you choose to use them. Contact options are for adults.

Store buttons are marked Coming Soon and do not initiate downloads or payments. If paid features are offered, the actual payment provider, transaction information, subscription, cancellation and restore arrangements must be explained. This page does not collect payment-card details.
